1. Provider and contact
Brandsparkle Sp. z o.o.ul. Złota 59, 00-120 Warszawa, PolskaNIP 5273141558 · KRS 0001141805 · REGON 540330340privacy@juralex.euTenderHunter operator and account-data controllerService and complaint contact: roberto@brandsparkle.se. Data-protection matters: privacy@juralex.eu.
2. Service
TenderHunter finds public procedures, structures tender-document requirements, compares them with the Company Passport, and presents a BID, REVIEW, or IGNORE recommendation with sources, gaps, and next steps. The service stops at qualification support and package checking. It does not submit bids or declarations for the user.
3. Users and accounts
- The service is intended for professional use by businesses and organisations.
- The registering person confirms they may act for the named organisation and provides accurate information.
- Accounts are personal. Passwords, 2FA secrets, and recovery codes must not be shared.
- The organisation is responsible for user roles and promptly removing access no longer needed.
4. Forming and ending the agreement
The free-service agreement is formed when the user accepts these Terms and creates an account. A paid agreement starts when Stripe confirms the subscription. The organisation owner may end a paid plan in the billing portal; paid access continues until the end of the paid period unless law or an individual agreement requires otherwise.
A request to close the entire organisation should be sent to roberto@brandsparkle.se. Any mandatory protections that apply to certain sole traders remain unaffected.
5. Plans, prices, and payment
Prices on the Pricing page are monthly, stated in PLN and exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT is added. Subscriptions renew for successive monthly periods until cancelled. Stripe handles payment, billing records, and payment methods. Analysis and user limits depend on the selected plan.
If payment fails, we may restrict paid features after reasonable notice. Refunds are provided where mandatory law or an individual agreement requires them.
6. Organisation data and content
The organisation retains rights in uploaded content and gives Brandsparkle limited permission to host, secure, machine-read, and process it solely to provide the service. The organisation must have the right to upload the content and must not provide unlawful material, malicious code, or information unnecessary for tender assessment.
7. Responsible use of recommendations
A result is not legal or tax advice and does not guarantee eligibility or an award. The user must verify current source documents, deadlines, formal requirements, amendments, and the state of their evidence. REVIEW and UNKNOWN require resolution, and a PASS result does not replace a document or the contracting authority's decision.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability, but interruptions may result from maintenance, failures, security, or unavailability of BZP, TED, REGON, or other providers. We may change the service provided this does not remove paid core functionality without an appropriate remedy.
9. Complaints
Send a complaint to roberto@brandsparkle.se with the organisation, problem description, event time, and requested remedy. We will respond within 14 days unless more information is needed; in that case, we will explain what is needed and when we will respond.
10. Liability
Each party is liable under applicable law and any individual agreement. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory user rights. Specific liability caps for paid plans should be approved in the Polish legal review before sales begin.
11. Law and changes to these Terms
Polish law applies. Disputes are decided by the court competent under mandatory law. We will notify users before a material change takes effect. If a change materially worsens a paid service, the user may stop renewal before the change takes effect.
This document reflects the current product architecture, but requires approval by Polish counsel together with processor agreements, rights-request operations, and the retention schedule.
